Today I am going to introduce one of my favorite brunch place in TP. HCM. There are many foreigners living in TP. HCM, and when it comes to weekends, residents love to have brunches. Especially, each fancy and beautiful brunch place can attract many Vietnamese customers.
The Vintage Emporium has a few branches in TP. HCM, and each branch has its own style, but all of them are pretty fancy and well-decorated inside. Vietnamese people love to put restaurants inside a garden or build it like a mansion. Sometimes I feel those girls come here for taking photos of themselves (NOT FOOD!!), instead of enjoying the food. Even a white wall can satisfy their photo-taking craving. Compared to us, who dressed up casually for a lazy weekend, every Vietnamese girl dressed up properly and sometimes, dressed up too much, even for just going to a convenience store.
Okay, back to the brunch place. I visited their branch in district 2 with my sister, and went to the one in district one with my mom recently. The one is district 2 is a mansion style, we had to pass through a garden to reach the front gate. The one is district 1 is just a two -floor building, probably because district 1 is more crowed than district 2, not many space available for building the whole garden. But the interior design is still unique and well-prepared.
Each branch has its own menu, with some common items, but a slightly different. Before deciding which branch to visit, I already checked the menu online. I found out these two branches have a wider variety of menu. And of course, for a person who always suffers from making choices like me, it is not hard to guess I ordered a tons of food on the table haha. That was such a fulfilling breakfast. For the first time in district 2, my sister and I got changed to a bigger table. For the second time, my mom and I ordered two breakfast plates(but mine was vegetarian), one salad, one pancake, 2 juices, and 2 other drinks and with an extra plate of avocados. I didn’t expect we will have so many avocados haha but my mom finished it. She really loves avocados!
Both dinning experiences are good. But as it goes pass 10:00, it gets more crowded and noisy. I prefer enjoy my brunch in a more quiet and spacious place, especially now the Covid is still serious in TP. HCM. So we didn’t stay long, we finished the food and quickly move on to the next shopping. I highly recommend the Vintage Emporium. The menu is unique, the way I like, not just normal bacon scrambled eggs cheese and ham plates. I really love it! Next time probably I will go visit their other branches!
